Jack Osbourne

LOS ANGELES, August 31 — Jack Osbourne announced the launch of SPARK TV, a streaming platform dedicated to UFO disclosure, paranormal investigation, and consciousness research, aligning with the U.S. Pentagon’s unprecedented release of declassified UAP data. The Department of War’s Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) unveiled 375 newly unsealed files, marking the culmination of five tranches of data released since May 2026, representing the most extensive public disclosure of government-collected anomalous aerial phenomenon records in American history.

SPARK TV positions itself as the first streaming service explicitly designed to host and promote transparency around unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), aiming to provide viewers with direct access to verified government documentation, expert analysis, and investigative reporting on national security-related sightings. The Pentagon’s accelerated declassification efforts have seen a 200% increase in publicly available UAP-related materials over the past six months, with the Department of Defense formally acknowledging 144 UAP incidents since 2004, including 44 occurring between 2021 and 2023.

The archive includes radar logs, sensor data, and pilot testimonies corroborating 12 previously classified incidents involving objects exhibiting flight characteristics beyond known human capabilities, such as hypersonic acceleration and multi-spectral signatures.

Osbourne’s Advocacy and Platform Vision

Jack Osbourne, long an advocate for UAP transparency following his own documented encounters and public advocacy since the 2020 release of the Pentagon’s Navy pilot footage, frames SPARK TV as a necessary infrastructure for public education on a topic now central to federal policy. The platform’s launch underscores a structural shift in government openness, moving beyond speculation to verified, evidence-based discourse on national security phenomena.

SPARK TV’s debut coincides with the Pentagon’s largest archive release to date, positioning the streaming service as a direct conduit for public access to verified government documentation on unidentified aerial phenomena, as the Department of Defense formally acknowledges 144 UAP incidents since 2004, with 44 of these occurring between 2021 and 2023 alone, reflecting a 200% increase in publicly available UAP-related materials over the past six months.
